Britta Rose (she/her)

is a queer, Denver-based indie artist who is as passionate about being a fan of music as she is about creating it.

With influences across the rock spectrum from 90’s-00’s alt-rock and riot grrrl punk (Sleater-Kinney, Alanis Morisette, Metric, Death Cab for Cutie) to modern indie, punk, and pop powerhouses (boygenius, Hozier, IDLES, Tegan and Sara), her music feels both fresh and familiar. Each track sets lyrics that welcome the listener into her world against a wall of textured guitars, borrowing from her jazz background while staying committed to a no nonsense rock sound.

Britta Rose has independently written, recorded, and produced two EPs. She released Apartment in 2021 and her second EP will arrive in 2024. She loves living in middle of the city with her wife, their two cats, and one tiny dog.
